Integrated contact centre
Running a small business isn’t
always a 9–5 job. Your potential customers will want
to purchase from you at their convenience and that may not
be convenient for you. As part of our package we provide a
full contact centre service.
Our contact centre provides an interface between you and your
customers. We take on the role of your staff (answering calls
in your company name) to ensure that communication (orders,
suggestions, compliments and complaints) from your customers
is dealt with professionally and quickly to ensure that they
will purchase from you and more importantly tell all of their
friends about you.
The contact centre is open from 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday
and 10 am to 8 pm on Sundays to ensure maximum accessibility
to your customers allowing them to receive support at their
leisure. Our fully trained teams deal with your calls, and
where appropriate will seek your advice and respond to the
customer on your behalf, taking the pressure off you to run
your business.
Branded Customer Support
Within your branded Internet store you
will have access to your own branded customer support. Providing
you with your own national rate telephone number. Any calls
to this number will be answered in your company name.
Technical Support
Within your online management tools you are provided with
a direct interface to Technical Support to assist with any
technical queries that may arise from managing your branded
Internet store or using the online management tools.
