So what do you get?
We provide everything you need
to operate your own mail order store. We operate on
a Pay as you Go basis which means that after you have
paid your monthly service charge, you only pay for the
services you use.
The main package we offer briefly
comprises of:
- Your own branded website to sell
your products in.
- Secure storage for all of your products
with prompt dispatch to your customers.
- Online tools to quickly manage your
shop, set your prices, change your products and report
on processed orders.
- You get your own national rate (0870)
telephone number for your customers to place or query
orders and seek advice. As well as providing technical
support to help you with our software.
- Secure links to WorldPay for safe
credit and debit card processing giving you complete
peace of mind.
Safety and security for you and
your customers details are our principal concern, and
for this reason, coupled with making the service accessible
and cost effective, the service is provided as a whole
and you must use all components of our service.
So what will all this cost?
The cost of setting up your own
mail order store is £500.00.
There is a monthly service charge of £50 and the
rest of the charges are incurred on a Pay as you Go
basis (so you only pay for the services you use). For
a detailed breakdown see our tariff charges.
To minimise the amount of unnecessary
paperwork we use a reducing customer balance system.
This means you pay for the service in advance and we
simply debit your account with us, and when funds are
low we simply send you another invoice.
So what do
you need to do?
We provide (or give you access to) everything you need
operationally to run your mail order business, but there
are still a few things we need you to do :

with suppliers and ensure your products of of a high
quality before dispatching them to us.
Manage your store
You need to take photographs of your products and
using the online management tools simply upload them
to your store. You will also need to set your prices,
describe your products in detail, and keep the information
on your website up to date.
Marketing and promotion
You will need to market and advertise your website
so people know where to find you on the web and will
purchase from you.
