Dispatch Services
To reduce the risk of any parcels going missing once an order has been placed within your branded Internet store, several precautions have been made:

• The delivery address for any orders is validated against the Royal Mail database, (or appropriate International database) preventing any parcels from being delivered to bogus addresses.
• To complement this any parcel dispatched from us must be signed for by the recipient, protecting you and your customers.

Packaging Materials
We offer a wide range of packaging materials when dispatching your products to your customers. Our staff will carefully select the most appropriate packaging to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition. Returned Products
If in the unlikely event a product needs to be returned to us, our teams will quality check the product on your behalf and take the appropriate steps to ensure it is available for resale or returned to you for further investigation.
